Refund policy

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Sale items follow the same return policy.

Email info@joysbilliard.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending your items.

For change-of-mind returns, we provide a prepaid return label. Your return shipping contribution is usually $10–$20, depending on your location. We confirm your charge before issuing the label and deduct it from your refund. There is no restocking fee.

If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or is the wrong item, contact us with your order number and photos. We cover return shipping for these cases.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it is approved. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method, less the agreed return shipping contribution for change-of-mind returns. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

For an exchange, contact us first to arrange a return, then place a new order for the replacement item.
