Products and compatibility

Review each product’s description, dimensions, options, and included parts before ordering. Pocket compatibility depends on your table’s mounting arrangement and measurements, not table size alone. Contact info@joysbilliard.com with photos and measurements if you need fit help. Product photographs and screen settings can affect the appearance of colors; natural leather may have variations.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping details. Product prices, availability, discounts, and applicable charges are shown on the product page and at checkout. Review your chosen items, variants, and order total before submitting payment. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you to arrange the next step, including a refund for unfulfilled items where applicable.

Shipping and cancellations

Free standard U.S. shipping, dispatch timing, delivery estimates, address requirements, and shipment issues are described in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch; after dispatch, follow the return process.

Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery for unused items in original packaging, including sale items. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. For change-of-mind returns, your return shipping contribution is usually $10–$20; we confirm the charge before issuing the prepaid label and deduct it from the refund.
