Shipping policy

Free standard shipping is available for U.S. orders. Other shipping methods and international shipping are available by quote; contact info@joysbilliard.com before ordering if you need an alternative.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Dispatch takes place Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Estimated domestic transit is 2–7 days after dispatch. These are estimates, and delivery can vary by destination and carrier.

Our standard shipping service does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Military addresses are shipped using USPS. Contact us before ordering if your address needs special arrangements.

If an item is backordered, we may ship available items first and send the remaining items when they become available. Contact us for the status of your order.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. If your order has already shipped, follow our return process.

For a lost or damaged shipment, email info@joysbilliard.com with your order number and any available photos. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate refund or replacement.
